I was born in South Korea and moved to New Zealand in 2001. After graduating from Pakuranga College in 2004, I began my studies in Medicinal Chemistry at the University of Auckland in 2005. During this time, I experienced a paradigm-shifting epiphany that redefined my understanding of health, leading me to the world of chiropractic care.

In December 2010, I graduated from the New Zealand College of Chiropractic and became a board-registered chiropractor in February 2011. To broaden my expertise, I worked in various practices, from home-based health clinics to fast-paced environments in Singapore. Despite my international experience, I firmly believe that New Zealand is the best country to live in.

My practice is rooted in the belief that chiropractic care should be accessible and understandable. I strive to educate my patients on chiropractic principles to maximize the benefits of our work together. I provide detailed diagnoses in a simple, comprehensible manner, ensuring patients can fully grasp and benefit from their treatment.

My passion lies in enhancing lives by helping individuals achieve optimal health through chiropractic care. If you're curious about whether chiropractic is the solution to your health issues, please don't hesitate to contact me.

On a personal note, I married my wonderful wife, Jennifer, in 2015. Together, we sought a place to build our future and, in June 2018, settled in the welcoming community of Millwater, Silverdale. I enjoy reading, cooking, and listening to 80's music (Journey and John Parr are favorites). I am always eager to learn and gain new knowledge in all aspects of life.
